We’ve divided the program into two rooms, each with six sessions per day, and split the days based on focus areas: Day 1 for consumer-facing trends and Day 2 for bar and restaurant staff education.
Many sessions will include hands-on workshops and tastings to foster direct learning and engagement.
There will be built-in networking times to connect with industry professionals, speakers, and fellow attendees.
Day 1 focuses on trends and education for the consumer, while Day 2 provides practical knowledge and skill development for bar and restaurant professionals.
